We know that 99% of new investors are underserved because existing solutions cater to the 1% who are pros and early adopters hence we built an app that helps them to learn, invest and sell cryptocurrencies in one click away.

We’re looking for a full-time Senior Backend Engineer to join our team and responsible for Pintu's products. You will contribute to the development of secure, scalable systems in collaboration with front-end developers and cryptography experts, focusing on advanced data protection measures.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will need to be able to have:

• Lead API and robust communication protocols design, ensuring seamless integration between front-end, back-end, and key management systems.
• Oversee and contribute to the development of secure, scalable systems in collaboration with front-end developers and cryptography experts, focusing on advanced data protection measures.
• Work in conjunction with the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team to enhance system reliability and performance. Provide mentorship and guidance in proactive system monitoring, maintenance, and optimization.
• Manage the full system lifecycle, including strategy, design, deployment, and continuous improvement, to deliver a high-performing and seamless user experience.

Who We Are Looking For

• 5+ years in developing and managing high-traffic applications, with a demonstrated ability to lead and innovate.
• Advanced skills in Go programming, with a proven record of successful, large-scale implementations.
• In-depth experience with sophisticated monitoring and alerting systems, capable of diagnosing and resolving complex system issues.
• Extensive experience with modern message broker or queue systems like SNS, SQS, and Google PubSub, particularly in high-demand, distributed environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead performance enhancement initiatives using a variety of instrumentation tools.

Additional Qualifications 

• Deep understanding and practical experience with cryptography libraries, enhancing the team’s capabilities in secure system development.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in the web3 and blockchain ecosystem, contributing to innovative solutions in this emerging field.
