We are seeking an experienced Product Lead to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to do hands-on work in a rapidly growing company, helping direct our strategy and execution as we experiment to create amazing Web3 trading products.
Responsibilities:
- Work in collaboration with the entire team to design features and execute product-market fit experiments
- Stay ahead of competitor offerings and Web3 trends, to inform and adjust product strategy
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of prototypes and high-quality of final products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to drive successful product execution
- Champion a user-centric approach to product development, conducting user research and gathering feedback to inform feature prioritization and improvements
- Monitor and analyze key metrics of the company, including performance of marketing campaigns, recommending adjustments and innovations as needed
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of crypto/Web3 community and users, particularly trader communities
- Proven track record in product management in Web3 and DeFi
- Understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and the DeFi ecosystem
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovative solutions
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment
Nice to haves:
- Strong understanding of the business of crypto derivatives exchanges (centralized and decentralized)
- Experience using data analysis to guide marketing and product decisions
- Strong technical understanding of DeFi protocols
- Business development experience
- Established network and organic reach in the DeFi and crypto community
- Strong crypto trading skills
