What will be my impact?

At FalconX, you’ll have a significant influence on the broader success of the digital asset landscape. You will help make cryptocurrencies a successful asset class. Some of the largest financial institutions from Wall Street to Silicon Valley and around the world will turn to you for insights on the crypto industry and their trading requirements. You will become an expert on crypto industry trends and market movements while gaining an end-to-end understanding of the OTC trading business. Joining the company at this stage will also empower you to shape the company’s culture and strategy based on our core values of speed, transparency, and trust.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate whiteglove OTC block & algo trades for institutional clients
• Engage cross-functionally to understand the OTC business comprehensively
• Assist the markets team on strategic initiatives to expand bottomline potential
• Scout for liquidity from comprehensive dark pools and provide best execution to clients
• Ensure accurate trade capture and settlement
• Diagnose issues and escalate root causes to maintain execution excellence.
• Contribute to all aspects of the trading desk activities including position reconciliation, risk management, and post-trade analysis.
• Propose & implement process improvements and automation solutions.
• Potentially get involved with business owners on key projects emerging out of Asia

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business
• 1-3 years experience in Trading/Desk Support/Financial Services/Brokerage
• Numerical inclination and strong proficiency with spreadsheet applications
• Interest in Fintech, blockchain, and digital assets
• High attention to detail and the ability to use sound judgment under pressure
• Willingness to work during US hours and/or early APAC hours
