Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on Defi protocols and blockchain data, design and deploy algorithmic trading strategies using in-house automated trading infrastructure.
• Expand automated trading business to new trading products and venues, calibrate and fine tune the performance.
• Provide reporting on daily market sentiment, risk exposure, P&L
• Conduct post trade analysis of trading strategies and algo performance

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from top university, preferably majors in Mathematics / Statistics/ Computer Science/ Financial Engineering
• At least 1- 3 years of trading experience in algorithmic trading
• Solid quantitative and analytical skills, and proficiency in back-testing/simulation.
• Hands-on experience on defi protocols and good knowledge of blockchain basics
• Strong programming skills (Python or C++ or Java etc)
• Ability to work autonomously and/or remotely in a team
• Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability to a dynamic environment
