Job Summary:
A growing technology and cryptocurrency exchange platform OKX, part of OK Group, is looking for a Digital Producer to join the Global Marketing and Growth function. Digital Producer will be accountable for the management of design and development of a variety of world-class brand design and video campaigns including digital advertisements, videos, and other media.This is an exciting, dynamic, and varied operations role focused on the creation, production and delivery of brilliant branded content and creative assets to support achievement of annual sales, customer growth and overall OKX business goals.Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, the Digital Producer will focus on resource, project and production management for all creative assets, campaign and content requirements for OKX globally.Key responsibilities:
The Digital Producer is responsible for managing creative projects, resources and workflow of creative projects from start to finish, including briefing stage, planning, execution and resource management, freelance contracts, stakeholder management, meetings, and communication with in-house and external partners.- Contribute to the production and delivery of digital and video content for OKX
- Be the first point of contact for incoming briefs and manage all new brief assignments
- Oversee the daily project execution by in-house and freelance resources, design and video workflows execution, and timelines and scope delivery.
- Understand, plan and manage the project scope and delivery of all creative, design and video production projects coming into brand creative studio
- Manage stakeholder relations with a variety of teams including brand marketing, social, global events and partnerships, growth, product marketing, central functions, local marketing etc.
- Maintain a variety of brand content management systems that store brand assets, creative and video files and design resources
- Work with the Senior Operations Manager and the Creative Lead to manage resources, timelines and prioritize workload
- Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in the processes and workflows of the global marketing and growth team
- Be the brand ambassador of OKX global marketing and growth team both within and outside of OKX
Skills & Experience
We are looking for an experienced project management professional with relevant qualifications:- Minimum of 4 years in project management, production or another operations role in a high volume online business
- Minimum of 1 year experience in managing a team of creatives, designers, videographers, animators, photographers, content creators
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a positive influential personality
- In-depth understanding of the creative and video production process from briefing to execution in digital, motion & video, and printed content
- Great team player with strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Experience working with global cross-functional teams strongly preferred
- Ability to establish and maintain the integrity of processes and best practices
- Experience with content management systems and tools, including Asana, Frame, Slack, Figma, Google Drive and others
- Proficient English speaker, Mandarin is nice-to-have
- Experience and passion for crypto preferred
