This is a senior individual contributor role with high visibility and impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Product vision & strategy: Define and articulate the vision for our Web3 wallet, aligning it with company objectives, evolving regulations, and global market trends.

  • User experience: Champion exceptional UX/UI standards, embedding user research and feedback loops into product development.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Compliance to translate requirements into product specs and successful launches.
  • Market insights: Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and differentiation strategies.
  • Metrics & outcomes: Define KPIs and success metrics to measure adoption, usability, and performance; refine strategy based on insights.
Qualifications

Required experiences

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years in blockchain, fintech, or consumer technology.
  • Extensive knowledge of blockchain technology, Web3 wallet design, and digital asset market trends.
  • Proven track record of shipping consumer-facing products at scale.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and experience collaborating with design teams.
  • Excellent written & verbal English; able to communicate product vision, write crisp specifications, and influence stakeholders across teams.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Nice-to-have

  • Experience with account abstraction, decentralized identity, or developer-facing SDKs.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks in crypto/fintech.
  • Exposure to dApp ecosystems, DeFi, or self-custodial wallet products.
Very-nice-to-have

  • Prior work on a self-custodial crypto wallet or DeFi app.
  • Experience contributing to open-source or Web3 communities.
Location / Timezone

  • East Asia preferred (Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo), but open to global candidates.
  • Must be fluent in English and flexible to work across time zones.
