Role Overview:Â
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst (Gamification) to join our Tokenomics team. In this role, you will support the development and optimization of tokenomics strategies for new and existing clients, with a focus on gamification. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and a keen interest in Web3 gaming, blockchain technology, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
-Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to gamification and tokenomics.
-Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track the performance of tokenomics strategies.
-Identify trends and patterns in data to provide actionable insights.
-Support the creation of data models and simulations to optimize tokenomics.
-Work closely with senior analysts and clients to understand their data needs.
-Assist in presenting findings and recommendations to clients.
-Help clients interpret data and make data-driven decisions to enhance their tokenomics strategies.
-Conduct research on industry trends, competitive analysis, and best practices in gamification and tokenomics.
-Support cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, marketing) by providing data insights for product development and marketing strategies.
-Contribute to the development of new analytical tools and methodologies.
-Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in all analytical processes.
-Assist in developing and implementing data collection, storage, and retrieval systems.
-Maintain documentation of data sources, methodologies, and findings.
Requirements:
-Strong knowledge of the Web3 gaming sector
-Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science).
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Excel, Python, R, SQL).
-Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
-Keen interest in blockchain technology, tokenomics, and the Web3 ecosystem.
-Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
