Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Cryptocurrency trading analysis, analysis of potential trading opportunities for Centralized Exchange and Decentralized Exchange
- Responsible for analyzing the use effect of new product features, and optimizing product features with data as the driving force
- Perform regular monitoring of key operational metrics, to provide prompt feedback to business stakeholders of any anomaly or actionable insight observed
- Conduct in-depth analysis on metrics (SLAs, non-compliant area, unexpected trading, capacity/utilization) to identify areas to improve efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver such use cases
- Safeguard internal dashboards and tools to ensure data quality and consistency
- Able to juggle between multiple tasks and manage priorities from different teams
- Support data requests from business stakeholders with clear communication and requirement alignment
Requirements:
- Undergraduate or postgraduate with strong business data analytical skills (e.g. Data/business analytics programs)
- Excellent communication in English written (documentation/presentation making) and verbal communication skills
- Strong ownership & down to earth mentality, willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the work done
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders with collaborative mindset
- Practical experience/skill of SQL, Python with data analytics
- Internship experience in Cryptocurrency , securities or technology companies
