CSGOEmpire is seeking a full-time, fully remote and detail-obsessed Data Analyst to support our decision-making during a period of enormous growth. Your expertise will be critical in refining how we gather, interpret and act on our data. 

And you’ll help ensure that every strategic move is informed, impactful, and aligned with our growth trajectory.

Your impact:

• Lead initiatives such as full historical revenue verification, development of real-time player leaderboards, and create robust dashboards.
• Use your Python skills to improve the efficiency and readability of existing codebases, ensuring our data analysis tools are comprehensive and scalable.
• Execute and refine existing SQL queries to extract meaningful insights from our databases, supporting both scheduled reporting and ad-hoc requests such as determining trading volumes for specific periods and identifying significant wins and trends in game activities.

You’re a fit if:

• You have at least 4 years of experience in a data analysis role, with a track record of helping drive business outcomes.
• Apart from expertise in Python for code refactors, you should be comfortable running and optimizing SQL queries. Experience in optimizing databases will be crucial.
• You're resilient, adept at overcoming challenges, and can stay goal-focused through setbacks.
• Knowledge of the casino or iGaming industry is a big plus but not required; experience in the web3, crypto, or fintech spaces is also welcome.

How We Hire

We have a merit-based recruitment process because we want to hire the best people. So University degrees aren’t a requirement for any role, and we have no such thing as a diversity quota.

After submitting an initial application, here’s the usual process for shortlisted candidates:

1. Showcase your skills in a Python/SQL based task
2. Join us for a 20 min. async interview
3. Meet our COO for a final 15 min. chat
4. We'll conduct 1-2 reference checks with past employers
