About the team:

Our Trading Product Group leads the design of all the products on OKX's derivatives trading exchange, including spot trading, spot margin, futures, leveraged tokens, trading options etc.

We are seeking a senior trading product manager to join Trading Experience team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of our new product, including defining and executing product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our product meets the needs ofadvanced tradersinspot/margin/perpetual/futures trading.

• Talk with clients directly to identify the user's painpoints and propose product solutions to solve user painpoints
• Develop a clear product vision and roadmap for the Candlestick & Chart Data, Chart Order product, aligned with the overall company strategy.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Define and prioritize product features and improvements based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Define and implement a comprehensive set of charting tools and indicators, including candlestick charts, line charts, trend lines, volume analysis, and more.
• Leverage historical and real-time market data to provide accurate and reliable charting data for different cryptocurrencies and trading pairs.
• Collaborate with the Trading Infrastructure team to implement and iterate the order & execution via chart function
• Monitor industry standards and best practices in charting and technical analysis to ensure our product remains competitive.
• Lead the agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization, to ensure timely delivery of product increments.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to iterate on the product, ensuring high quality and user satisfaction.
• Work with Product Marketing team to define the GTM strategy and increase product awareness and conduct post-launch performance evaluation on user behavior, usage patterns

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience track record as a Product Manager, preferably in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry.
• Strong understanding of technical analysis and skillful in using charting tools
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency exchanges and trading platforms is highly desirable.
• Solid technical background with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and experience with project management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is $160,000 to $264,000.

The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
