About the Team
Product managers at Okcoin are the CEOs of their areas of focus. We develop growth-focused product strategies, manage cost/profitability and then deliver powerful strategies that guide customers through simple transaction workflows. Product managers collaborate across business units and align User Research, Design, UX writers, Brand and Marketing, Technical Project Management and Engineering, Testing, Data, Compliance and Legal teams. About the Opportunity
The KYC ("know your customer") product team is on a mission to create a global KYC solution which is compliant with all of our marketâs regulatory rules as crypto exchange. Whether you're a customer in China, North America, South America, APAC, EMEA, etc. - we aim to build a frictionless, flexible and reliable system to onboard and protect new and existing users on our platform.
What Youâll Be Doing:
- Understand global compliance and regulatory rules in the crypto exchange industry and build scalable solutions to meet business goals
- Understand identity verification technologies such as ID verification, biometric verification, etc.
- Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to understand the best practices in the market and work closely with the internal compliance team to form consensus on KYC strategy/roadmap
- Design a simple and smooth user journey that also meets KYC/Compliance requirements
- Focus on product architecture at the functionality level but also balance long term goals by creating a future proof product that has the flexibility to support future compliance rule changes and new scenarios
- Think systemically about the broader product ecosystem and take other modules into consideration (like user onboarding, onboarding risk control, and anti-fraud etc.)
What We Look For In You:
- A strong interest in compliance products in crypto industry - regulatory tech or crypto exchange working experience is preferred
- Experience creating user onboarding solutions or enterprise SaaS solution design are preferred
- Logical thinking, excellent teamwork, and good communication skills; be able to organize and coordinate resources to solve problems
- Be proactive, self-driven and able to work under pressure

- Fluent in Mandarin and English
