Design is at the heart of our vision, and we’re looking for a Lead/Senior Product Designer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about creating intuitive user experiences and thrives on solving complex design challenges in the Web3 space.   ABOUT THE ROLE As Lead/Senior Product Designer, you’ll own the design process from start to finish—researching user needs, crafting innovative solutions, and seeing them through to implementation. If you love digging into UX and turning ideas into seamless, functional designs, to bring crypto to the world, then this is the role for you.   WHAT YOU'LL DO

Leading Product Design: Drive the design process for new products, from user research and wireframes to polished implementations. Owning UX for LayerZero.network: Oversee and enhance the user experience for our main platform, ensuring it’s intuitive, engaging, and effective. Growing LayerZero Scan: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and expand our blockchain data explorer, delivering features that meet user needs. Improving Partner Experiences: Enhance the UX of partner integrations, making it easier and more seamless for users to interact with our technology.

  ABOUT YOU

A portfolio that highlights your ability to design intuitive, user-centered products. Strong experience in UX design, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and working closely with development teams. Proven ability to design and iterate based on user feedback and data. A deep understanding of design systems and how they contribute to scalable, consistent experiences. Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you’ll be working closely with product managers, developers, and other designers.

Bonus Points

Experience in the blockchain, crypto, or Web3 space. Familiarity with developer tools or data-heavy platforms. An ability to balance the needs of technical users (like crypto developers) with more general crypto audiences.

  Why You’ll Love LayerZero

Be part of a team that’s redefining blockchain design and shaping the future of crypto to be truly omnichain. Work on meaningful projects that push boundaries in technology and design. Collaborate with smart, creative people in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Competitive pay, great benefits, and flexibility in how you work. If you’re ready to lead product design in a space that’s driving the future of decentralized technology, and bringing the crypto world onchain, we’d love to hear from you.

What does a web3 designer do?

A web3 designer is responsible for creating user-friendly and visually appealing designs for websites that are built on the web3 platform

This platform is based on blockchain technology and allows for the creation of decentralized applications (dApps) that can be accessed through a web browser

A web3 designer would be responsible for creating the user interface and user experience for these dApps, ensuring that they are easy to use and navigate

They would also be responsible for ensuring that the overall design of the dApps is consistent with the brand and aesthetic of the organization or individual that is building the dApps.
