Valence Digital operates a Metaverse as a Service platform providing high-fidelity NFT programming, minting, administration and marketplace services within the fine art, sports, luxury and fashion verticals.

We believe that every brand and every creator will leverage NFTs to engage with audiences, one-to-one, at scale while discovering new forms of value exchange that will be more fair, more inclusive and more enduring.
What you’ll do:
Work with art / creative directors / 3d artists & illustrators in:
- Running design explorations and ideation on marketing/web/NFT assets in a hyper-fast pace environment (speed is imperative / mistakes are allowed)
- Creating visual identities for in-house brands and projects (NFTs / blockchain / fine arts / sports / enterprise tech)
- Coming up with logo proposals
- Creating and maintaining visual identity manuals
- Creating and maintaining marketing design libraries (decks / landing pages / banner templates)
- Creating illustration and supporting graphics for marketing assets and design proposals
Must haves:
- 5-7+ years of experience of visual design experience
- Experience with logo design and visual identity design / development
- Experience with 2D illustration (we’re currently lacking this in our team)
- Experience with marketing design for start-ups / enterprise (decks, one sheets, etc.)
- Experience with web design (marketing websites/landing pages)
Nice to haves:
- Curiosity / interest / experience with web 3.0 / blockchain
- Good UI skills
- Experience in working with fine arts / sports brands
- Experience with data visualization
- Experience with editorial design

This platform is based on blockchain technology and allows for the creation of decentralized applications (dApps) that can be accessed through a web browser
A web3 designer would be responsible for creating the user interface and user experience for these dApps, ensuring that they are easy to use and navigate
They would also be responsible for ensuring that the overall design of the dApps is consistent with the brand and aesthetic of the organization or individual that is building the dApps.
