Job Purpose

In the past few years our company has grown significantly, bringing a great variety of new features and possibilities on the platform, and now we’re on the way of a major rebranding, which will cover every aspect, from brand name and appearance to UX/UI designs, and is aiming on a significant increase of usability, as well as bringing a fresh updated look and feel, more entertaining and engaging one.

To help us on that path, we are looking for a talented Head of Product Design to lead the team of our experienced designers, building concepts and managing the process of bringing them to production, making the best interfaces and creating intuitive, user-centered interactive designs that meet business goals and enhance user satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX/UI design, a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences, smooth interactive modern interfaces, utilizing all the possibilities of modern technologies (animations, haptic feedbacks and other). At the same time it is crucial for the candidate to have an experience of managing the team of designers to bring it all live. We’re looking for a creative, yet accurate and structured approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive UX/UI design strategy that aligns with the company’s goals
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, software development, and marketing to ensure a seamless integration of design into the product development process
• Manage the team of UX/UI designers and be responsible for the delivery of design tasks
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design
• Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization
  
  

What We Look for:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design in fintech (classic or crypto) field
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and successful projects
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to stakeholders
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred
• Experience of working in a well-known brand could be a strong plus
