• Strong writing + editing skills

• Comfort with working fast, experimenting, and iterating 
• Competitive nature in improving engagement KPIs (retention, interactions, session time)
• 3–5 years in content, editorial, or community roles (Web3, AI, or tech strongly preferred).
• Strong portfolio of writing (threads, blogs, explainers, or thought leadership).
• Deep familiarity with crypto culture and AI discourse — you understand the memes, the narratives, and the signals.
• Bonus: experience using AI content tools (text, image, audio/video).
