About the opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the Visual Design team, which is responsible for transforming the goal of the company and the product into a sensible user experience and also looking after that experience to ensure it's scalable and sustainable. What you’ll be working on:

• Leading the creation of visually compelling designs for web, mobile, and marketing assets, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all platforms.
• Contributing to the evolution and maintenance of the company’s brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.
• Leverage your expertise in web3 to design visuals that are intuitive and accessible for both novice and experienced crypto users.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Tech, to ensure designs align with business goals and user needs.
• Creating interactive prototypes and collaborating with UX designers to conduct usability tests, iterating on designs based on user feedback.
• Staying updated with the latest trends in cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and visual design to inform and innovate design solutions.

About you:

• 5+ years of experience in visual design, with a proven track record in the web3 domain.
• Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency industry and its visual landscape.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a creative and user-centric approach to design.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
• A passion for crypto and a strong belief in its potential to revolutionise finance.
• Experience in UI/UX design principles will be a plus.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation will be a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Fluent English.
