任职要求
- 经验： 3年以上UX/UI设计经验，拥有展示网页和移动项目的强大作品集 ;
- Web3知识： 熟悉区块链、加密货币、DeFi或其他Web3技术者优先 ;
- 技术技能：熟练使用Figma、Sketch或Adobe XD等设计工具、熟悉原型设计工具和设计交接流程 ;
- 以用户为中心的思维： 深刻理解用户体验原则，包括可用性、可访问性和交互设计 ;
- 问题解决能力： 对数据敏感，可以有通过数据察觉问题，发现问题并能够解决复杂问题的设计解决方案 ;
- 沟通能力： 具备优秀的协作和沟通技能，能够高效地与跨职能团队合作。
