Stably connects Decentralized Finance (DeFi) on blockchains with traditional finance. We focus on making it easy to convert real world assets into digital representations by providing on/off-ramps, custody, and tokenization infrastructure. Our current focus is on stablecoins and the areas of product focus are:

• Creating the best on/off-ramp experience for stablecoins
• Combating fraud and customer onboarding friction
• Lowering fiat funds-processing friction and risk
• Increasing blockchain protocol support and security
• Empowering Web3 businesses to use our products to help their end-users

You are a security-minded software engineer who has experience owning fintech systems related to customer data and transaction processing. You love the intersection of software, software infrastructure, and security.

• Design and develop security-conscious cloud infrastructure
• Design, advise and develop redundantly secure software systems such as for transaction processing or KYC
• Write highly secure, testable, and efficient code
• Perform internal security reviews
• Make informed technical and product decisions that tradeoffs between security and usability
• Implement, review and improve internal infosec and incident response policies/procedures
• Help the firm stay compliant as a financial institution in the context of infosec

• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• 4+ years of professional devops experience (can overlap)
• 4+ years of professional infosec experience (can overlap)
• Significant experience working in a infosec role at a fintech company
• Significant experience working on production software products
• Significant experience working with golang and rust or other strongly typed languages
• Significant experience working on cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS
• Interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain or financial services
• A desire to balance security and continuous delivery
• Ability to exercise technical and product judgment in solving technical and policy roadblocks
