The candidate should be highly knowledgeable about distributed ledger systems, cryptography algorithms, and other fundamental concepts of blockchain technology. They should be skilled at developing smart contracts using programming languages like Solidity, Go, or Java and blockchain frameworks like Ethereum, Hyperledger, and Corda. The candidate should take the guarantee including integrity and immutability of data kept on the blockchain with an attention to detail and a dedication to security best practices the candidate should be focused and cooperative promoting productive collaboration and knowledge exchange throughout the whole development process. Their involvement in sprint planning sessions, code reviews, and technical concept presentations to stakeholders are all crucial in promoting collaboration and coherence throughout the project. The candidate should be driven by a passion for innovation, thriving to serve what is productive as per solutions to address real-world challenges, leveraging creativity and technical acumen offering tangible benefits in terms of transparency and trust.

Responsibilities

• Candidates should be responsible for designing, and implementing blockchain solutions using programming languages. (Ethereum, solidity)
• Collaborating with stakeholders, conducting feasibility studies proof of concept to validate technical values
• Conducting code reviews addresses then bottlenecks and scalability issues in blockchain implementations
• Execution comprehensive test plans, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end testing.
• Creating technical documentation, and guidelines, facilitating adoption and understanding of blockchain technologies along with the other team members’ aspirations.
• Sharing knowledge, and insights through presentations, workshops, and other training sessions
• Along with other responsibilities, the candidate should pay proper attention to constant market changes, evolution, and trending competition.
• Should be determined in handling responsibilities, taking on new challenges, working in a team or as a leader.
  
  

• Bachelor''s or master''s degree in computer science, engineering
• Prior experience in software development, with add-on experience in blockchain development
• Should hold experience in maintaining blockchain technologies, from concept to production.
• Proficiency in blockchain technologies and frameworks (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, Corda).
• Should be Experienced with smart contract development using languages such as Solidity, Go, or Java.
• The candidate should possess a Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, consensus algorithms, and distributed ledger technologies.
• Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and front-end frameworks (React, Angular) for building user interfaces.
• Candidates should have Knowledge of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
