Our mission is to enable the development of thriving economies built on blockchain. We are a group of deeply technical people who specialize in computer science, math, engineering, economics, and finance. We believe that trust-based technologies will cause massive disruptions across all sectors of the current economy and we are building tools to accelerate that change.

We are an interdisciplinary team that focuses heavily on collaboration and curiosity. Because we are fully remote, we care more about output and outcomes than how much time is spent. We care more about doing things well than who gets the credit.

As the first Developer Relations Engineer at Thrackle, you will collaborate with Engineering and Product to build a developer community and help clients large and small achieve their goals and have a positive experience using our products.

Responsibilities

    • Create and distribute high-quality technical content, such as documentation, blog posts, tutorials, and webinars.
    • Engage external communities through Discord, Stack Overflow, and GitHub to identify new resources that should be created and own the delivery of those pieces.
    • Champion the creation and maintenance of essential developer resources, such as SDKs, APIs, and development tools, to empower the developer community and drive the successful adoption and integration of our technologies.
    • Represent the company at industry conferences, meetups, and other events to evangelize our products and gather feedback from developers.
    • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to address developer issues and improve the overall developer experience.

Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience, which can be a combination of Developer Relations, Software Engineering, or related fields
    • Strong technical background with deep knowledge of software development and developer tools
    • Experience working in blockchain or strong blockchain knowledge
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Benefits

    • Competitive compensation package

    • 401k
    • Unlimited vacation time

We do not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, religion, color, national origin, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. All employees and contractors of Thrackle are responsible for maintaining a work culture free from discrimination and harassment by treating others with kindness and respect.
