The L'Oréal USA 12-Month Junior Marketing Associate (JMA) internship program allows creative visionaries and strategic thinkers to enhance their marketing knowledge in a fast-paced and hands-on environment. The JMA program is paid internship opportunity for candidates who have graduated with a degree within the last 12 months and is able to work 40 hours per week.
We are looking for a Junior Marketing Associate to join the larger Global Marketing team in the Consumer Products Division of L’Oreal USA. This position will be part of the brand’s digital team this includes a heavy focus on optimizing search engine, managing communication with agencies, asset management, and special projects on emerging technologies such as AR, Web3, AI, etc.. This position will report to the Senior Manager of digital platforms and services and work collaboratively with the cross functionally with the global team, as well as external agencies.
CONTENT
SITE
- Coordinate with agencies to gather assets for the creation of new pages on the site
- Submit JIRA tickets so our dev agency can create new pages on the site and review their work
- Work with our creative agency to crop and retouch assets as needed
- Assist countries with ad hoc requests for images and crops
SEO
- Brief our SEO agency on blog articles for new products and trending topics
- Review blog articles to ensure they’re on brand and leverage recommended keywords
- Source imagery for blog articles
- Work with dev agency to upload blog articles on the master site
- Review country SEO performance from our agency partner and alert countries when their score is low
- TOOLS DISCOVERABILITY
- Support creative discussions for development of social lenses and filters

- Assist on ad hoc requests related to innovation projects
- Monitor competitive landscape, providing regular updates on digital initiatives from other relevant brands with a key focus on gaming, augmented reality, virtual reality, and the
- Metaverse
ANALYTICS & REPORTING
- Assist in the creation of monthly reports that track site and tools performance
- Manage the monthly newsletter and quarterly report
- Create and track POs for vendor projects
Skills And Interests
- Candidate should be interested in makeup and beauty
- Passion for gaming and metaverse
- Should be organized and have a good attention to detail
- Digital experience preferred
