Technical support for an online learning platform requires technical understanding and an acute awareness of the questions Overmind users face when starting their questing journey.
As our Developer Support Associate, you will join our Growth team focussed on delivering an excellent user experience to all. At the forefront of how we support our users who quest with us, you will bring a highly organized approach to how we resolve their technical and general questions. The goal is to increase talent throughput and ensure all users receive a positive learning and candidate experience with Overmind to subsequently grow the Overmind community of learners and solvers.
This is a remote, part-time position that may require you to work up to 20 hours per week. Hours are flexible.
You Will
- Understand and respond to all technical questions across a range of channels including discord and email, which we receive from our applicants and coordinate with Product & Engineering where necessary
- Manage candidate pipelines in our Applicant Tracking System, Greenhouse
- Partner closely with our Talent Lead to nurture the Overmind talent community through their learning journey to help convert them to successful solvers and find their next role in web3 with Overmind partners
- Coordinate with Product & Engineering on Solver submissions and schedule interviews with them
- Support with wider growth operational tasks including but not limited to reporting
You Have
- 1+ years experience in a technical support or software development role, ideally within a tech startup
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to prioritize and manage your time effectively and work independently with limited support
You May
- Have successfully solved a number of Overmind quests and have an understanding of our user journey
- Be proficient in Notion
