We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Blockchain Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and managing the blockchain infrastructure necessary to facilitate Biostate’s Initial Coin Offering (ICO). You will be responsible for the end-to-end development, deployment, and maintenance of blockchain solutions, including smart contract development, wallet integrations, ICO management systems, and secure cloud-based blockchain environments. Compensation will be competitive depending on the individual's experience and skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, recommend, and set up appropriate blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, Cosmos, etc.) to align with Biostate’s ICO and infrastructure goals.
  • Develop, test, and deploy robust smart contracts to handle token issuance, ICO sales, vesting schedules, and governance functionalities.
  • Build and integrate secure wallets, payment gateways, and custody solutions for seamless cryptocurrency transactions and asset management.
  • Design and implement user-friendly ICO investor dashboards, providing transparent tracking of token sales, balances, and investment status.
  • Set up comprehensive blockchain infrastructure, including node management, monitoring systems, and secure cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Ensure integration of KYC/AML compliance systems, investor verification, and transaction auditing for regulatory adherence.
  • Document technical architecture, smart contracts, APIs, and infrastructure setups comprehensively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated expertise with blockchain development, including smart contracts, token standards
  • (ERC-20, ERC-721, BEP-20), and ICO technical infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in Solidity or Rust, and familiarity with Web3 libraries (ethers.js, web3.js).
  • Strong experience in full-stack development (React/Vue/Angular, Node.js, Python) and back-end frameworks.
  • Familiarity with blockchain node management, smart contract audits, and secure cryptocurrency transaction handling.
  • Knowledge of integrating blockchain solutions with traditional cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Solid understanding of blockchain security best practices, including multisignature wallets and secure key management.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to deliver secure and high-quality software products on tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience successfully launching ICOs, IDOs, or token sale projects.
  • Familiarity with blockchain consensus mechanisms (PoS, PoW, DPoS).
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices, including Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and applications.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks applicable to ICOs and cryptocurrency projects.
  • Experience working in agile software development environments.
