ZAUBAR is seeking a highly creative and dynamic Generative AI Designer & Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for empowering our products & our clients with state-of-the-art generative AI solutions.
You will work closely with our machine learning engineers, computer vision experts, and clients to create innovative applications of generative AI that drive business growth and success.

Tasks
- Research and stay up-to-date on the latest developments in generative AI, particularly within the Stable Diffusion community.
- Collaborate with our team of machine learning engineers and computer vision experts to select the most appropriate algorithms and techniques for each project.
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, and identify opportunities for generative AI to provide innovative solutions.
- Design and conduct experiments to test and validate the effectiveness of generative AI methods in meeting client requirements.
- Develop high-quality documentation, including project specifications, progress reports, and user guides.
- Maintain a strong focus on creativity and innovation, actively seeking out new ways to apply generative AI to drive business growth and success.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment by sharing knowledge, providing support, and actively participating in team meetings and discussions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in generative AI, with a strong understanding of the Stable Diffusion community and its latest advancements.
- Demonstrable experience working with machine learning engineers and computer vision experts to develop and implement AI solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and execute experiments to validate generative AI methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively engage with clients and understand their business needs.
- Exceptional documentation skills, including the ability to create clear, concise project specifications, progress reports, and user guides.
- A strong creative mindset, with a passion for finding innovative applications of generative AI that can drive business growth and success.
- Highly collaborative and team-oriented, with a positive attitude and a willingness to share knowledge and provide support to colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
- Familiarity with a wide range of generative AI techniques, including but not limited to GANs, VAEs, and diffusion models.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, and experience using AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
