Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and objectives. Rapidly prototyping and developing custom applications, tools, and solutions to meet business needs. Utilizing a variety of development tools and technologies, with a focus on speed and efficiency. Working in an agile environment to iterate quickly and adapt to changing requirements. Providing technical guidance and support to business users as needed. Continuously optimising and improving existing applications and processes. Staying informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the RAD team.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a software developer, with a focus on rapid application development. Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java. Experience with rapid prototyping tools and frameworks. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find innovative solutions. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
