About Parity Finance
At Parity Finance, our vision is to become the leading multi-asset liquid staking protocol, offering the highest yields and an exceptional user experience through a seamless, permissionless, and non-custodial platform.
We aim to redefine liquid staking by creating a category-defining product that caters to long-term crypto holders, traders seeking optimal collateral, and treasuries looking for reliable USD yields. By unlocking the full potential of digital assets, our mission is to make decentralized finance (DeFi) accessible, intuitive, and rewarding for everyone.
What Youâll Do
As a Senior Protocol + Full Stack Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and building the Parity liquid staking platform and trading infrastructure. While your focus will be on backend and protocol development, you will also contribute to front-end systems to ensure an integrated, seamless user experience.
You will:
- Architect and develop core components of Parityâs liquid staking protocol with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
- Design and deploy Solana-based smart contracts using Rust.
- Build and maintain backend systems to support Parityâs trading infrastructure, including integrations with centralized exchanges (CEXes), decentralized exchanges (DEXes), and custodial services.
- Develop backend services using Rust and Node.js, ensuring seamless interaction with trading and staking systems.
- Contribute to front-end integrations and interfaces by collaborating with the design and front-end teams (experience with React is a plus).
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges across the stack, ensuring robust and reliable systems.
- Take ownership of your work, driving continuous improvement and innovation across all aspects of the platform.
What Weâre Looking For
Weâre seeking engineers who thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments and are passionate about building transformative blockchain solutions.
You might be a great fit if you have:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with expertise in backend and full-stack systems.
- Strong proficiency in Rust, with hands-on experience developing Solana smart contracts.
- Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript in backend and full-stack environments.
- A strong understanding of integrating backend systems with CEXes, DEXes, and custodial services in the context of trading infrastructure.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., React) for seamless user interface development.
- A passion for Web3 technologies, decentralized finance (DeFi), and liquid staking.
- The ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across systems.
- A proactive mindset and a commitment to collaboration, learning, and growth.
Why Join Parity Finance?
- Be a part of shaping the future of DeFi: Work on a category-defining liquid staking protocol that transforms the crypto landscape.

What does a full stack developer in web3 do?
A full stack web3 developer is a developer who has expertise in the full stack of technologies that are used to build web3 applications
These applications use the decentralized, distributed nature of the web3 network to provide users with a secure and decentralized way of accessing and interacting with online services and applications. The responsibilities of a full stack web3 developer will vary depending on the specific project and the needs of the team they are working with
In general, though, a full stack web3 developer will be responsible for: designing and building the front-end and back-end of web3 applications, as well as implementing and maintaining the underlying blockchain infrastructure
This will often involve working with a variety of different technologies and programming languages, such as Solidity for smart contract development, JavaScript and HTML for front-end development, and various blockchain protocols and frameworks. Additionally, a full stack web3 developer may also be responsible for working with the web3 community to help drive adoption and integration of web3 technologies, as well as staying up-to-date on the latest developments in the field and contributing to the broader web3 ecosystem.
