Our team is deeply passionate about building the crypto economy in the APAC region. Through the launch of our innovative suite of products and services, Coinhako aims to empower individuals and businesses by allowing them to take ownership and control of how they build and manage their assets in the new digital finance world.

We're currently looking for Senior Fullstack Engineers to form the founding engineering team for a special project incubated by Coinhako within the asset tokenisation and digital payments space.

What we're looking for:

• Proven track record of building complex, performant, scalable backend infrastructure from 0 to 1 / Greenfield projects
• Experience in architecting complex systems with a balance of pushing POCs to drive business outcomes
• Sound understanding of development life cycles with best-in-class engineering opinions and proven track record of chasing excellence
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment
• Passion for clean code, technology, and being solution oriented
• Accountability with bias for action, ability to learn and apply technology quickly

• Founder mindset. You're the type of technical person who possess a founder mindset and who is willing to deep dive and get your hands dirty to build the best product. This also means that you will have a high level of autonomy and responsibility in shaping the technical roadmap and product strategy.
• Self-starter. You make things happen, and you’re excited when they do. You’re fixed on the high of users raving about the feature you just pushed.
• Design sensibility. While you’ll be working with very talented designers, we expect you to have a knack for great UX. If you feel something in the product is off, you’ll take the initiative to understand the problem and fix it without being told to do so.
• Curious and quick learning. We don't expect you to have experience in every technology we use, but to learn and be productive quickly. Owning several repos and jumping into all of them doesn't scare you.
• Pragmatic attention to detail. We strive for few slips in code, Git hygiene, and clear written communication — all while remaining low-ego and solution oriented.

Technical Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in Typescript and React for Frontend Development/Deployment
• Strong proficiency in Python and Javascript for Backend Infrastructure
• Experience with Kafka and proficient in database design and management with PostgreSQL
• Experience with work on EVM-compatible chains
