The community has the ability to acquire, collect, trade and interact with digital assets that represent actual assets the real world. At its core, we have an innovative, engaging and skill-based game that promotes collaboration between players to optimize rewards and offset risk in the competitive sports world.
This is a fully remote position, preferably working in the EST time zone.
As the Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for creating websites utilizing frameworks for both front-end and back-end applications, including database structures and front-end optimizations. You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable and efficient solutions while ensuring the quality and performance of our applications.
- Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications
- Design and implement database structures and optimize queries for performance
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend innovative solutions to improve our products
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure consistency across the team
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and fix any issues or bugs
- Solid experience in full stack development with C#, .NET, JavaScript. Python would be a plus
- Strong knowledge of website optimization techniques and best practices
- Strong knowledge in MySQL
- Experience working with AWS, RDS, and/or other cloud technologies
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and full life cycle software development
- Experience with Web3 tooling, such as Truffle and Hardhat, and programming in Solidity is a definite plus
- Knowledge of blockchain networks, particularly EVM-based networks, is a definite plus
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advocate for the best solutions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working remotely as part of a high-velocity distributed team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a complex and ambiguous environment
