The Project Coordinator works with top layer 1/2s, coordinating and provides day-to-day oversight of administrative and operational functions in order to achieve project sustainability and measure success in accordance with defined targets, strategies and goal.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Providing program administrative support and operations as needed.
- Organization of program event/sessions
- Plan & schedule program calendar invitations.
- Communicating and coordinating with mentors to book training sessions, conduct onboarding meetings
- Follow-up on session progress and deliverables
- Generate session summaries
- Communicating and following up with program participants through the relevant platforms
- Liaise with different project stakeholders
- Handle project related financial administration tasks
- Facilitate, organize and moderate training sessions if required
- Support in business development proposals and visualize data in decks.
- Prepare project reports upon project completion
- Generate summary and send reminders to mentors, startups and other project stakeholders.
- Conduct research on program relevant topics according to need
- Follow up with the startups on outstanding deliverables and updates if needed
- Learning Brinc tools & materials inside-out to be a resource for teams.
Job Requirements
- University Graduate
- Deep understanding of Web3
- Experience in coordinating activities and events
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to generate analytical reports
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner
