WHAT YOU’LL DO:• Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities• Collaborate with team members for new development, pair programming, code reviews and design discussions• Assist our teams in providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, improvements, or custom enhancements to existing platforms. WHAT YOU’LL NEED: • A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field• Fast learner who picks up new technologies quickly• Ability to work productively in a collaborative team environment• Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment• Familiarity with Python is a bonus or at least one of the following languages: Java, C++, or JavaScript• Ability to easily move between backend and frontend technologies• Openness to new technologies and creative solutions• Practical knowledge of data structures and algorithms with equivalent development skills to match• Great communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills• Excellent work ethic.
