Role Summary
Campfire is seeking an experienced CTO / Lead Developer to spearhead the technical development and strategy of our renewable energy investment platform. The successful candidate will lead the design, development, and maintenance of our decentralised application (dApp), including its funding pools, DEX, and governance token systems. This role requires deep expertise in Solana blockchain development and the ability to work well in a team of innovators.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Development: Develop and maintain the Campfire dApp, consisting of six core pages (Dashboard, Portfolio, Funding Pools, DEX, Burn Station, Compliance) to deliver a seamless and secure user experience. Deploy secure smart contracts for funding pools, token governance, and the DEX
- Token Integration: Lead the implementation of the $CAMP governance token and RWA tokenization on the Solana blockchain, ensuring scalability, security, and low-cost transactions.
- Technology Strategy: Define and execute Campfireâs technical roadmap, aligning with the companyâs vision to deliver sustainable investment opportunities.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust cyber-security measures for the dApp and blockchain infrastructure.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 4+ years of blockchain software development experience, with at least 2 years in Solana specific applications, including Rust.
- Expertise in Solana blockchain development,
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and web3.js for dApp development.
- Proven track record of technical delivering of complex, user-facing applications.
- Experience with Solana DeFi protocols, smart contract development (Rust), and DEX implementation.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices for blockchain and DeFi platforms.
