As a Solutions Engineer at Nillion, you will prototype, build and experiment on the network. You will be responsible for taking the current feature set on the network and, alongside the product and engineering teams, ideating, iterating and building new and exciting use cases that solve our current and future userâs needs. This role at Nillion will play a critical role in bringing our product and company vision to life, by accelerating the internal development on top of the network and expanding the horizon of possible use cases that it can unlock.

- 5+ years of experience working as a Full Stack Developer (ideally Python & JavaScript, Rust experience favourable).
- Strong proficiency in unix CLI environment.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and happy to adapt to use whatever is required to solve the problem.
- Highly proactive and takes ownership of their work.
- Strong communication skills and at ease communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Â
- Strong collaborative working style, ideating towards the best solution and decision.
- Strong ability to formulate an abstract understanding of our SDK (Software Development Kit) needs.
- Web 3.0 experience or expertise in Cryptography, Blockchain or MPC specifically within a customer-facing environment.
- Has worked in several early stage companies and can articulate the unique technical and business challenges when designing with and integrating 3rd party technologies.
Responsibilities
- Becoming a subject matter expert and superuser of our SDK. This will include updating documentation and providing support for our external partners and developers building their products on Nillion.
- Communicating effectively to technical and non-technical audiences to bridge the gap between developers and business.
- Providing feedback to the broader team on how we can improve customer integration processes and implement strategies to get more developers and companies to launch on the network.
- Working hands-on with prospects and customers to find solutions to their business requirements while demonstrating and communicating the value of Nillionâs technology throughout the sales cycle, from demos, proof of concepts, all the way to production implementation.
- Creating prototypes (apps, programs, systems) on the network.
- Working closely with the product team to understand the user needs and problems.
- Working closely with the engineering team to find solutions for these problems.
- Creating comprehensive solution diagrams for internal and external communication.
