Blue Cube Services is excited to recruit KYC experienced talent to work on a project for the world's leading software platform for digital assets. Offering the largest production crypto platform in the world, who share the passion to code, create, and ultimately build an open, accessible and fair financial future, one piece of software at a time.
Our client is seeing an unprecedented level of growth and increase in customers onboarding to use their products. As part of our clients commitment to providing the world's most secure crypto platform to customers there is an increasing demand of KYC applications that require experienced KYC staff to manually inspect and verify.
This role will compliment their global Customer Success team working alongside their crypto wallet experts, trading support team and live-chat agents on a fully remote and contracting basis. Successful candidates will be expected to provide the best service possible for all customers who apply to use our clients services. Successful candidates must have previous KYC experience and also be able to respond to customers on tickets & email with great written accuracy.
**Please note that this role is paid in cryptocurrency and is a self employed role. You are responsible for your own tax declarations**
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manually review and verify or reject incoming KYC applications that our automated software has flagged for human intervention.
- Respond to customers who have raised tickets specifically about KYC applications.
- Participate in regular video calls with the Customer Success team and provide feedback as required to the rest of the company.
REQUIREMENTS
- Unquestionable integrity
- Strong English written skills
- 18 years of age or older with previous work or internship experience
- Previous KYC experience is a must for this position.
- Understanding of cryptocurrencies is an advantage but is not required - training will be provided
- Candidates must have access to an appropriate laptop with a camera or a webcam and a phone capable of running Google authenticator software
- Candidates must be prepared to submit to further background / security checks if required
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULING
- Successful candidates will receive training in crypto and KYC service from our clients in house training team.

- Shifts will be flexible based on our incoming workloads and the availability of contractors. We operate a 24/7 business so shifts offered will cover all timezones.
