As Marketing Senior Manager / VP you will be fully responsible entire marketing strategy of the company.

Tasks

You will:

• Take full ownership and have a great degree of freedom with everything related to marketing at AMUZED
• Develop our strategy: Work with our team to generate a strategy that fit our target audience and brand
• Expand our reach: Help grow our marketing channels through creative campaigns and novel ideas
• Lead and manage a team of social media creatives, designers and copywriters
• Collaborate with well-known music artists: Be highly exposed to the music industry
• Keep yourself informed: Always stay on top of innovative online trends, in particular the NFT and Web3 space
• Take responsibility: Structure, manage, and be accountable for results on your projects - using common KPIs and reporting that you set up
• Leverage our network: Get support from our investors & network of successful entrepreneurs from big brands and companies
• Work closely with management to align the company's marketing to the product and target audience

Requirements

What you should bring:

• You have successfully completed a bachelor's/master's degree in marketing, business administration, media design, communication sciences, journalism, or similar
• You love music and are interested in the context and background of the music industry
• You have gained 5+ years of experience in marketing or related relevant roles where you were able to prove leadership skills, deliver successful results and hire a team of talented creatives
• You are enthusiastic about marketing in general and have a knack for good, creative and convincing storytelling
• You are able to independently lead a team of professionals (social media / community managers, designers, writers) and execute on the full breadth of marketing within a start-up: From conception to planning, execution and evaluation
• You bring a good mix of positivity, curiosity, ambition and fun tackling new challenges
• You are fluent in both written and oral English and German, any additional language is a plus, but not a requirement
