TON Studio is a team of experienced engineers working with the fast growing TON ecosystem and Telegram apps. We enable a flawless developer experience within the TON ecosystem to help builders create DApps of outstanding quality and user experience. We do this through our suite of development tools and custom solution design for TON projects.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Tech Support to join our team and contribute to the growing TON Ecosystem. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support to partners and users, as well as to ensure smooth interactions with first-level projects.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze logs, investigate technical issues, and escalate tasks to developers when necessary
- Maintain and update technical documentation based on real cases and feedback
- Communicate with partners via ticketing systems and chat to assist with integrations and API usage
- Support onboarding of new partners and provide guidance on working with the TON ecosystem
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (B2+), both written and spoken
- Experience in technical support, system analyst, or similar roles involving diagnostics and issue tracking
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with complex technical topics
- Basic understanding of TON nodes, APIs, and blockchain structure
- Familiarity with infrastructure operations (CI/CD, HTTP services, DevOps basics)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with JavaScript TON SDKs or related blockchain dev tools
- Knowledge of TON Connect Protocol and DApp integration flows
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or blockchain data analytics
