This role requires a highly motivated, self-driven professional who can navigate customer interactions and technical challenges with confidence. You will be working extensively with JavaScript, Node.js, and Python, with a strong emphasis on API development and ITSM/ITIL-related solutions.  

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and deploy full-stack applications with a primary focus on JavaScript, Node.js, and Python.

Design and build custom API integrations for complex system migrations and third-party services.

Engage with external customers frequently to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project execution.

Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) alongside customers to validate solutions.

Work with and continually develop familiarity with our primary ITSM and ITIL-related solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

+3 years of experience in similar roles.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields will be highly valued.

Strong skills in JavaScript, preferably supplemented with Node.js and/or Python

Extensive experience in API development, integrations, and migrations. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Strong communication skills with experience in external customer interactions. Ability to lead and manage technical discussions with customers.

  Nice-to-Have:

Familiarity with ITSM or ITIL solutions

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Experience performing unit testing.
