The Core team is responsible for delivering a best-in-class wallet experience for the Avalanche Ecosystem and beyond. We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with experience working with AWS-based backend services. This particular role will be expected to take ownership over Core’s backend services, providing various capabilities such as balance and notification services, and contributing to the Core browser extension wallet. WHAT YOU WILL DO

Build distributed, scalable, and highly performant APIs to support the Core wallet experience Design, build, and deploy highly secure, scalable, and maintainable client-facing UI systems Provide expertise in building the most user-friendly, visually appealing product UI Create developer libraries and SDKs Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend engineers, designers, and product and security experts, to deliver end-to-end solutions

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience 5+ years of general backend development experience 3+ years of experience with Typescript/Node.js 3+ years of experience with React Experience with AWS Cloud Stack (DynamoDB, KMS, SQS, Lambda, etc) Passion for blockchain technology/web3 and eagerness to consume the latest news and developments

Salary Range: $158,440 to $198,050 (**This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.)
