The Role

Within our Product, Growth, and Marketing group, we are are looking for an experienced product management leader and Bitcoiner, who is passionate about building products and helping grow Bitcoin adoption. This role leads the Product Management function and PM team, working closely with Engineering, Product Design, QA, Product Marketing, and many other teams.

Your responsibilities

• Champion Swan’s mission and onboarding of new Bitcoiners through Swan’s product and services
• Understand deeply the Bitcoin learning journey, Swan client experience, and the adoption opportunity
• Build strong relationships and collaboration across Product Managers, Product Design, Engineering, Sales and Marketing for effective product planning and development, within Swan’s culture
• Drive Shape Up consistently across Pirate teams (in partnership with Engineering, Product Design, and Eng Managers), Product Design process into Shape Up, and with Engineering leadership to uncover and manage dependencies between projects and teams
• Collaborate with CPO on the Product Direction formation, reinforcing priorities across teams, and ensure timely execution and delivery on Product Direction projects
• Independently drive major initiatives, setting high level goals, metrics, and help coordinate dependencies across projects with Product Managers
• Weekly coaching and 1:1s and bi-annual reviews with Product Managers
• Maintains hiring pipelines and find the best product management talent in the market

Skills and experience that will help you succeed

• Passionate about Bitcoin, product management, and building customer experiences to drive adoption
• A strong understanding of industry trends, user experience, technology, and business models and the trade-offs between them
• Significant experience in Product Management with a track record of successful product launches and market impact, and one or more other disciplines (Product Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, etc)
• Strong skills in team leadership, communication, delegation, tools, and product management practices (Notion, Whimsical, Figma, lean canvas, value prop design, JTBD, HMW, etc).
• Strong analytics skills applied throughout customer journey and product use
• Enjoys working across functions and teams, with excellent feedback and coaching practices, and a relentless eye for detail
