Through lateral acquisitions, Echo Base seeks to leverage operational and technical synergies across our portfolio companies.

Job Overview:

The Analyst is a highly motivated and detail oriented team member with experience analyzing financial and operational data. This role requires strong Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills, an ability to interpret data, and a passion for finding recommendations through numbers. The team you would be working with has a “whatever it takes” mentality to get things done and is passionate about being trusted business partners to the entire Echo Base team.

What will you do:

• Maintain and update Corporate Financial Models and Treasury Models
• Support Crypto Treasury operations by managing account balances, tracking activity, and accurately documenting transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to collect and verify financial data for use in reporting and forecasting, ensuring alignment across departments.
• Build ad hoc strategic and financial analyses with minimal direction
• Support the Quarterly Budget Forecasting process, and Department Budget process

• Detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with the ability to communicate findings effectively

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of investment banking, private equity, or financial consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Expert financial modeling skills required with experience in M&A, financings, or transactional finance is required.
• Understanding of crypto transactions and blockchain strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with strong attention to detail
• Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information
