1. You are the head of every decentralized ledger project and act as a link between developers and clients.
2. You are responsible for managing the team, working on the database systems, processing systems, and the project's token economy.
3. The Project Manager Blockchain is responsible for overseeing the Blockchain project team.
4. You are responsible for the enterprise's blockchain database systems, cyber currency controls, and blockchain processing systems that form the basis of this initiative.
5. You job is to plan and oversee all aspects of a project, and to meet the project's goals on time and within budget.
6. It will require you to organise people, tasks and resources to bring about a successful conclusion.
7. Leading the planning and implementation of projects.
8. Defining a project’s scope and goals.
9. Planning and scheduling project timelines.
10. Coordinating project staff.
11. Resource planning and allocation.
12. Quality assurance.
13. Carrying out risk assessment.
14. Managing project administration, including all documentation.
15. Meeting budgetary objectives.
16. Reporting regularly to senior management.
17. Managing client relationships.
18. Tracking project performance.
19. Project evaluations and results measurement.
