TRON is looking for a Senior Marketing Design Manager who is passionate about the blockchain/cryptocurrency industry to join our growing and dynamic Marketing Team. We are looking for collaborative people who work well in teams and lead by example. We are looking for someone to join our diverse and vibrant internal design team. We value empowerment and, in this spirit, you'll manage your own projects as a strategic partner for our teams across the PR, social media, and events teams.

You will:

• Collaborate with TRON's internal design team to design the future of TRON's brand system, delivering impact and delight, as we communicate with millions of people.
• Creating campaign design files/conference design files.
• Dream up, design, and complete web experiences, illustrations, print pieces, event collateral, integrated campaigns, and everything in between.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative process
• Manage files and templates, build and maintain a library to ensure consistency
• Master brand standards and values, ground all solutions through a brand lens
• Translate campaign themes into relevant creative executions

Who you are:

• 5+ years of experience in executive presentation design, graphic design, and/or storytelling in a corporate or agency environment
• BA in graphic design or related area
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, Aftereffects, or Premiere is a must.
• Self-starter, ability to lead innovative, entrepreneurial efforts, and drive for excellence
• Organized with the ability to manage numerous projects, tight deadlines, revisions, or shifts in direction effectively
• Able to translate business goals into innovative, meaningful, and differentiated brand assets
• You are comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong collaborative and leadership skills to work on a close-knit team
• Bilingual in Chinese Mandarin is a plus
• Interested in learning more about the Web 3.0 space.
