[Key Responsibilities]
- Responsible for identifying, recruiting, and maintaining Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the MyShell community, establishing and maintaining good cooperative relationships.
- Plan and execute online and offline events to enhance brand impact and user engagement, including strategizing and carrying out activities to attract new users and retain existing ones.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the project, including writing data analysis reports, tracking and analyzing user behavior to optimize operational strategies.
- Participate in setting the operation budget and monitor operational costs to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.
- Act as a liaison for cross-departmental communication, working closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to achieve project objectives.
[Ideal Candidate Profile]
- Have a bachelor’s degree or above.
- At least 2 years of relevant industry experience; candidates with prior Web3 or blockchain company experience are preferred.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of successful operations.
- Fluent in English, able to adapt to an international work environment.
- Familiar with Web3 industry trends, with an in-depth understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, etc.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Robust social networking and communication skills, capable of quickly establishing effective working relationships.
- Excellent event planning and execution skills, capable of independently managing large-scale events.
