We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Web3 Ecosystem Partnerships Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, partnerships, or a similar role in the Web3 space.
Responsibilities
- Act as both a hunter and a farmer in the Web3 ecosystem, identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with existing clients.
- Utilize the CRM system/Notion to maintain accurate client interaction records and collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns.
- Manage and optimize multiple BD channels to activate ecosystem partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities within the web3 gaming/AI/DePIN sectors.
- Be willing to work on ad hoc tasks and responsibilities related to business requirements.
- Travel at short notice to conferences and industry events to represent Aethir.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a similar role in a Web3 company.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems/Notion is required.
- Knowledge of blockchain and decentralized technologies is required.
