The Challenge
As a Senior Product Designer, you'll be a vital part of the team, focusing on enhancing the user experience across Decentraland's dApps and website. Your responsibilities include:
• Developing initial wireframes and concepts.
• Utilizing and improving existing UI components and patterns.
• Collaborating with engineers to implement designs.
• Continuously evaluating and refining designs based on user data and feedback.
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Figma for designing user flows, journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Experience with tools like Maze.co, Google Forms, and UserZoom for conducting user research.
The Requirements
• 5+ years in UX/UI Design, with a proven record of delivering successful, user-centric products.
• A proactive, learning-oriented mindset, actively seeking opportunities. Decentraland is a new and unique kind of platform and we face many unknowns in our challenges. Your job as a UX designer won’t be to make the perfect experience, but to keep iterating and improving it by actively listening and caring for the community.
• Proficient in transforming complex concepts into clear, practical designs.
