THE WORK:
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who is excited about using crypto assets and technology to disrupt payments and bridge the gap between crypto and fiat. The Senior Product Manager on the RippleNet Receiver team is responsible for building and improving software for cross-border payments, using crypto as a bridge and crypto technologies as building blocks. This person will work with our Engineering and Delivery teams to ensure our interactions and/ or integrations with product partners are seamless. The Product Manager will be responsible for understanding our API designs, and how we use and test with partner infrastructure to develop recommendations and a roadmap that will ensure ease of API use, payment reliability and speed.Â
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Deeply understand the digital asset liquidity and payout needs of our network and how we use product partnerships to deliver cross-border paymentsÂ
- Have a technical understanding of our and our partner’s API-suiteÂ
- Build and drive the roadmap for integrations to payout partners, banks and crypto exchangesÂ
- Drive improvements with our existing integrations with exchanges by working the delivery, engineering team and our exchangesÂ
- Ensure consistent implementation across liquidity venues and partnersÂ
- Work with the data team to develop accurate dashboards, alerting and monitoring for partner interactions and performanceÂ
- Evolve E2E testing capabilities; ensuring all key use cases and edge cases are coveredÂ
- Define and understand payment failure root causes and define and drive a roadmap for improvementÂ
- Define API performance standards and testing to serve customer/ partner needsÂ
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Excitement for crypto technologies and how they can be used in traditional financeÂ
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience and 2 years in product management
- Technical acumen and understanding; preference for software engineering background
- Ability to understand both business needs and technical requirements and communicate both across different teams
- Experience working cross-functionally to drive influence and resolve conflict
- Strategic thinker who thinks about where the future is headedÂ
- Experience being detail-oriented while simultaneously keeping the big-picture view in mind in your past roles
- Prior experience at a fast-paced technology company
