- Responsible for helping with the iteration process of the user tagging platform, providing various use cases such as user segmentation, user targeting, and data visualization for marketing, product, and other teams.
- Work closely with data engineering and algorithm engineering teams to ensure the accuracy, quality, and scalability of user tagging solutions and user tagging recommendations.
- Assist with the overall user tag metrics definition & implementation. Help with the product development of user tagging systems and frameworks to improve user segmentation and targeting.
- Adapt to new business requirements and willing to help define and develop user tagging strategies and solutions to enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product managers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into actionable user tagging requirements
- Strong passions for data technology and self-driven learning new knowledge.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other relevant programming languages for data analysis and manipulation.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Crypto/Blockchain knowledge is a plus
