Fortress Blockchain Technologies is purpose-built to deliver financial, regulatory, and technology infrastructure to the rapidly emerging Web3 space. The company provides financial services, including compliance, payments, custody, trustee-of-assets, escrow, crypto liquidity, and other services. A minting engine for fungible and non-fungible tokens as well as tools for the distribution and management of tokens. A secure, user-friendly NFT and crypto wallet that can be integrated into third-party mobile and web applications.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled product manager driven by first principles to build our evolving world-class products. The product manager will execute strategic initiatives and maximize ROI through the research and development of our product suite.
The ideal candidate will be joining us to focus on one of our three key product areas. You will have key early impact in our products and have true ownership over their outcomes.
This is an opportunity to be early in our product-market fit and to help establish the go-to-market with a well funded and positioned company. We already have the first version of our products live with early customers onboarded and using our product.

Responsibilities:

• Help define the product roadmap across MVP definition & design, MVP alpha/beta versions, and go-to-market phases of software development.
• Partner with the research and development team building products by defining the strategic product direction, including the product vision, strategy, and prioritized use cases.
• Drive the return on investment (ROI) in the research and development of your products with the product triad (product, design & engineering).
• Champion the voice of the customer and users, with a deep understanding of target market segments, UX personas, pain points, and customer journeys.
• Deliver measurable business impact by aligning team efforts on the highest value opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Experienced in a startup and high-growth environments.
• Experienced in scaling products, from MVP to scaling for mass commercialization.
• Experienced in building and growing an efficient and effective product team.
• Experienced in managing or collaborating with teams of engineers and designers.
• Familiar with standard product management tools, roadmaps, and analytics (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
• Highly skilled at analysis with the ability to use data and metrics to confirm assumptions and make decisions.
• Honed with strong product intuition and judgment when information and time are constrained.
