About The Team:
Here in the Support team, product managers are responsible for customer support products such as Help Centre, Knowledge Base, Chatbot, Customer Service Console and Rating/Feedback system. We are committed in building a top-notch Global Customer Support Center through cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver product roadmap with a global view through working with cross-functional team.
  • You will be heavily involved in building products related to Helpdesk, Chatbots, Customer Service through data analysis and customer insights.
  • Lead the squad to deliver product requirements efficiently.
  • Build and analyse metrics to guide product development. Work in an agile environment, participating in planning and Scrum boards.

Requirements

  • Solid years of Product Management experience.
  • Solid experience in managing products related to Helpdesk, Customer Service, Chatbots, Customer Service tools.
  • Familiar with globalization and localization, capable of launching products for global markets.
  • Possess a strong passion for product and is self-driven.
  • Strong ability to work in a team and cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrency is an added bonus.
