About The Role:
The Product Manager, Data Infrastructure will be responsible for collaborating across functions to evolve our data strategy at the company. This role includes defining a vision for how we think about data at the company and work with an amazing team of data engineers and analysts to collect consumer feedback, implement usability enhancements, and support sales/marketing initiatives. In addition, this role works cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities. The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who is able to influence and shape the product lifecycle from strategy to implementation.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Working with product team, analysts, and engineers to identify data requirements in the decision making process
- Define metrics that inform the success of products
- Translate requirements into deliverable technology specifications
- Work closely with the Senior Product Managers to create and manage product roadmaps
What You Need To Be Great In This Role:
- Previous FinTech and / or Crypto experience a plus
- 3+ years of previous experience working in a product manager or technical role on a data team, contributing to the development of data products
- Proven track record to work closely with engineers and analysts to translate design ideas into working prototypes
- Set and deliver compelling product visions
- Skilled at understanding complex problems and distilling them into simpler, straightforward descriptions
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams, from presenting conceptual ideas to execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations and communicate up and down the organization
- Predict potential issues in implementing designs and find the best solution
- Use market and competitor research to advise product strategy decisions
