Thirdwave is looking for an experienced leader to join us as our Head of Insights. As the lead product manager, you’ll be responsible for owning the product life-cycle, from conceiving, building, and launching a user-focused, high-quality product that connects and grows the Web3 community.
What you’ll achieve
As the Head of Insights, your immediate focus will be developing a strategy for our Insights product group. This is a role for a highly strategic thinker, who is data minded, with a deep understanding of how to utilize data analytics to connect project owners with the insights they need to understand, attract and retain users. The right person has led the development and launch of a product and blends traditional and agile product development practices and pipeline development with creative and innovative thinking and tactics. The Head of Insights will work in close collaboration with other leaders at Thirdwave, most critically our Head of Product, fellow Product Group leaders and data scientists to build our vision from inception through launch and beyond.
You Will Also
- Own and manage a thoughtful product roadmap that aligns stakeholder expectations, and clearly define areas of focus for the short- and long-term to teams across the larger organization.
- Be a customer advocate, understand the different personas, and identify what we can build to empower them to be more productive.
- Identify cross-ownership with partner teams and driving cross-organizational product efforts.
- Integrate market analysis, research and usability studies into product requirements.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
About You
- Comfortable sifting through product data, interpreting and applying it
- Fast learner, self-starter, go-getter, and intellectually curious
- Strong communicator
- Entrepreneurial enthusiasm and grit, always willing to roll up your sleeves
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years experience in a leadership position managing a product team
- Experience working with machine learning models
- Experience going through the full product cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements and driving prioritization
- Domain expertise within crypto strongly preferred; minimally a passion for and interest in the crypto industry is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- Experience in the Cloud or Enterprise or Developer Product area
- Experience with client/server technologies
