Junior Product Manager/Associate Product Manager (Alternative Payment Methods)
What will you do:
- Define and manage the scope, requirements, and timelines for APM implementations
- Gather, analyze, and interpret APM rules and guidelines, and provide clear recommendations for implementation
- Drive the development and launch of new payment methods in collaboration with development teams
- Ensure effective communication and alignment across teams during implementation and post-launch
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the owned portfolio of payment methods
- Continuously monitor market trends and regulatory changes to optimize the portfolio
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports and recommendations to the leadership team regarding APM performance, risks, and opportunities
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for all owned payment methods, including processes, guidelines, and troubleshooting resources
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding, settlement, and payment processing
- Support troubleshooting efforts for operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a Fintech environment
- Track record of successfully managing complex projects with cross-functional teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret rules and regulations and translate them into actionable insights
- Proficient in creating structured and detailed documentation
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High level of proficiency in English
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
