Institutional Product Manager
Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and abstract functional requirements for institutional business products (including trading and funding) and prepare PRD documents.
- Conduct regular market and competitor research to identify new product and business models, driving innovation to meet business objectives. Collaborate with institutional business leaders to define objectives for new products and partially assume responsibility for achieving these goals.
- Plan product release schedules, closely collaborate with the development team, and drive stable, continuous product iterations.
- Organize regular product training sessions for internal staff and external clients, gather feedback and requirements, and enhance product value throughout its lifecycle.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in trading or trading product design in traditional financial institutions or crypto-related organizations.
- Clear understanding of order lifecycle, low-latency and high-concurrency systems, and the full trading lifecycle.
- Strong risk management awareness, effectively demonstrated in previous product designs.
- Excellent cross-team coordination skills, capable of collaborating with multiple departments to deliver product design, launch, and execution tasks.
- Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to analyze the industry and niche sectors in-depth and broadly, driving business development through product innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Prior work experience at other centralized exchanges (CEX) is preferred.
